House Democrats
made their arguments for why President Donald Trump should be removed from
office by the Senate in the upcoming impeachment trial. They argue that the
Senate must ‘eliminate the threat that the President poses to America’s
national security’ in the 111-page legal brief. Click HERE to view the complete

The brief
also describes Trump’s conduct as “the Framers’ worst nightmare”, and we all
heard on TV the opening arguments in the Senate trial, where the seven House
managers filed their brief describing why Trump should be convicted and removed
from office.
